Lifetime Oil Changes
By performing all the manufacturer's recommended maintenance at Fred Anderson, we'll cover the cost of all your oil changes, excluding taxes and fees.
Lifetime Loaner Cars
Life keeps going even when your car needs a repair. To prevent any disruption to your day to day life, or the increased cost of a rental car, we are happy to provide you with a loaner car at no cost for any repairs over $500.
3 Day Vehicle Exchange
Super simple. With our Peace of Mind 3-Day Vehicle Exchange, if you aren't 100% happy and satisfied with the car you bought, just bring it back in its original condition within 3 days and 150 miles and we will let you exchange it without a restocking fee for another vehicle of equal or greater value.
Loyalty Discounts
When your new vehicle hits 50,000 miles you will receive a discount card that gives you up to 10% off individual future services. We are happy to show our appreciation for your patronage by helping you save on future service and parts purchases. (not applicable to used vehicles).

All Toyota new vehicles, along with all Toyota, Nissan, & Subaru used vehicles sold by Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville.
Does the Family Plan end at any predetermined date?
No! The family plan has no predetermined end date.
How does oil changes for life work?
When you perform your factory recommended maintenance at Fred Anderson Toyota, we cover the cost of oil, oil filter and the labor. We ask that you perform all your factory required maintenance with us, and in return, you'll receive complimentary oil changes...for life! All maintenance items other than oil change are the customer's responsibility.
How and when do you receive a loaner car?
You get a loaner car at any time for any maintenance or repair over $500.
How does the $500 Loyalty Discount work?
Once you have driven your new vehicle 50,000 miles, you will receive a $500 credit in the form of a Family Plan Loyalty Card. When using this card, you will receive a 10% discount on any parts and service purchase from Fred Anderson Toyota including any regular maintenance, tires and brakes. This discount can be used on multiple transactions for a maximum lifetime value of $500. The Loyalty Discount Card is for new vehicles only.
What if I'm out of town and need my vehicle serviced?
To maintain the Family Plan, we require that you service your vehicle at Fred Anderson "Family Store". However, if a special circumstance arises and you are over 250 miles from the dealership at the recommended time of your maintenance, we will not void the Family Plan. Please keep any documentation of services performed. (also please remember to do recommended maintenances+/- 1,000 miles of the manufacturer's specifications).
Do I have to do all my maintenance at Fred Anderson Toyota?
We ask that you perform all factory required maintenance at any dealership owned by Anderson Automotive Group in order to maintain The Family Plan.
If I go over the mileage on my maintenance, will I void the Family Plan?
Excess wear on a vehicle can occur when maintenance is not performed at the recommended interval. We do require that you do your services within +/- 1,000 miles of the factory recommended interval.
