Our goal at Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville is to ensure that your vehicle remains pristine and that you have a wonderful experience every time you visit us. When you come to Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville you'll find that we've grown to have 3 Service Teams designed to best meet your individual vehicle maintenance needs.

Service Department Hours: Regular Service 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday - Friday / Express Service 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday / Regular & Express 7:00am - 4:00pm on Saturday. *Express Service Notice* Although appointments are not required for our Express Maintenance Service Center they are strongly encouraged so that we can ensure the shortest wait time possible. Please give our Service Center a call at (828) 365-1613 if you have questions or need any assistance. 

Our Service Team:
Main Service (Toyota only) – Entrance is located near the main entrance to the New Toyotas building. Simply follow the signs.
Express Service (All makes and models; with or without appointments) – Entrance located near the Used Vehicles building with a separate lane for all Express Appointments.
Pre-Owned Service (All makes and models) – Customer service check in is located inside the Used Vehicles building closest to our Finance offices.

*Express Service Notice* Although appointments are not required for our Express Maintenance Service Center they are strongly encouraged so that we can ensure the shortest wait time possible.

We can perform all of the general maintenance, recall, or ToyotaCare related work you will need done on your Toyota [recall work cannot be done in Express – it must be coordinated with main service]. While we may not have the equipment needed to work on all other makes and models that might visit our dealership we do offer high-quality trusted service advisors who'll work with you and for you to get a great deal on all repairs we facilitate whether you own a Toyota or any other make or model.
 
Main Service – Entrance is located near the main entrance to the New Toyotas building. Simply follow the signs (appointments are strongly encouraged).
 
When you come in for service you will be greeted by a Service Advisor who will work with you throughout your servicing visit at Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville. Once we’ve talked to you, learned what your concerns are, and have been checked in feel free to wait in our customer lounge where we have cable TV, WI-FI, soda machine, coffee machine, as well as snacks offered at no cost to you. As always, please do explore our New and Used inventory lots, or even arrange for our porter to give you a ride nearby (within 40 miles). If we need to ask a question we’ll contact you and will do our best to keep you up-to-date throughout your servicing experience. Once your servicing is completed your Service Advisor will explain what work was performed and walk you to the service cashier with your vehicle waiting for you in the service lane ready for your trip home.

We have 15 Toyota Certified Technicians, 9 of which have attained Master Technician status with over 100 years in combined experience working on Toyota’s just like yours.

Express Service – Entrance located near the Used Vehicles building with a separate lane for all Express Appointments (appointments are strongly encouraged). 
 
Our Express Service Team can service over 200 customers in a single day when we combine appointments with drive-ins customer. Regular maintenance items such as oil changes, filter changes, tire rotations, and alignments are available without an appointment; however, If you'd like to get in and out as fast as possible you will want to call our service department at (828) 365-1613 and schedule an Express Service Appointment. NOTE: We can ONLY fulfill recalls in our Main Service area. It is important to call ahead and schedule an appointment due to limited part availability.
 
When you come in for service you will be greeted by a Service Writer who will sign you in and take down notes regarding what work you want done. Once we’ve talked to you, learned what your concerns are, and have been checked in feel free to wait in our either of our customer lounge areas where we have cable TV, WI-FI, soda machine, coffee machine, as well as snacks offered at no cost to you. As always please do explore our New and Used inventory lots; everything is unlocked waiting for you to ponder. If we need to ask a question we’ll contact you and will do our best to keep you up-to-date throughout your servicing experience. Once your servicing is completed we’ll contact you to come to the Express Cashier Desk. There we will explain what work was performed, accept payment, and return your keys. Our Express Service is one of the largest in the Southeast capable of helping over 200 customers a day keep their vehicles maintained by having 18 bays.
 
Pre-Owned Service – Customer service check in is located inside the Used Vehicles building closest to our Finance offices (please do call ahead)
 
This department is designed to give top-notch service to customers who’ve bought their used vehicle from Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville. Here you’ll meet Micah Williams, who’s been a faithful member of our team for over 6 years, and his team of Pre-Owned Service Mechanics. Once we have talked to you and learned what your concerns are feel free to wait in our customer lounge where we have cable TV, WI-FI, soda machine, coffee machine, as well as snacks offered at no cost to you or explore our New and Used inventory lots. If we need to ask a question we’ll contact you and will do our best to keep you up-to-date throughout your servicing experience. Once your servicing is completed we will explain what work was performed, accept payment, and return your keys.
 
Parts Department – Check-in is located at the Parts Counter in the Main Service Customer Lounge
